Still reeling from his team’s loss in Superbowl 47, San Fransisco quarterback Colin Kaepernick is ready to throw himself into training and he’s bringing some teammates to come and work out with him.
49ers quarterback Kaepernick told reporters on Tuesday that he’ll be flying down to Atlanta within a week’s time to hone his skills. and he’s bringing some of his receivers with him. Kaepernick is focused on working on his mechanics and preparing himself to become the face of the franchise that has produced such legendary quarterback’s as Steve Young and Joe Montana.
The team lost to the Baltimore Ravens in Superbowl 47 on Sunday, going down 34-31 in the third most watched show in the history of television. The game was marred by a blackout that lasted for over 20 minutes and severely slowed down the tempo of the game. The 49ers played from behind almost the whole game and were close to winning the game before a last minute drive failed.
